What are Quiettracks?

Quiettracks are 1-3 minute downloadable MP3 audio tracks that help to quiet your mind.
Quiettracks are designed to support, comfort, and inspire you on your healing journey.
Quiettracks contain messages of timeless wisdom enhanced with a musical selection.


What are the advantages of using Quiettracks?

Many well known authors recommend a regular practice of focusing on breathing, awareness, and presence for brief moments throughout the day. Quiettracks are designed to be used for 1-3 minutes as frequently as you like, whenever you like…. it’s easy!

Quiettracks offer you the opportunity to shift gears, to turn in a new and different direction, to change the quality of your energy….. in any moment…. whenever you choose to listen. As you change your thoughts and the focus of your attention, you can feel the peace that is your true nature.

Quiettracks can help you change the thoughts that often create negative emotions. You may just need to be reminded that emotions pass through and are gone when you open to that flow, in much the same way that a storm moves through the landscape.

Listening to the gentle messages on Quiettracks can help you make the changes that bring more peace and well-being into your daily life…. and that is good!


How do I download Quiettracks?

Quiettracks may be downloaded from the Order Summary you will receive after payment has been received. Go to the bottom section under Product Information and click on the underlined Product number/name.

If you choose to download your track(s) at a later time, simply go to My Account/Order History and click on the Order number to access the download link for your track(s).

If you have not set up an account, your Quiettracks downloads will be available to you in the Order Confirmation you receive after your transaction has been completed.


What do I need to know about Gift Certificates?

Gift Certificates may be purchased for one, two, three, five or ten Quiettracks. They are available under the category listings on the Catalog page.

When the purchase of a Gift Certificate has been completed, a GC code is provided. This code/number begins with “GC”.  Highlight, copy, and paste this code/number into an e-mail to send to the recipient with this instruction: After choosing the tracks to be purchased, proceed to checkout and then highlight, copy and paste the GC code you have received into the Gift Certificate box at checkout. The amount of the Gift Certificate will then be applied to the sale.


What payment options are available for purchasing Quiettracks?

Payments may be made with a PayPal account or on your credit card.
You DO NOT NEED a PayPal account but you may open a PayPal account if you wish.

If you wish to use your credit card, simply click on Checkout Now and follow the prompts.  VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

Can I make a payment in a foreign currency?

Yes. Simply make the payment via your PayPal account OR directly on your credit card. The conversion to US dollars will be taken care of either by the credit card company or PayPal.

What's the best way to use Quiettracks?

Use Quiettracks in any way that suits your unique needs and desires. Here are some ideas to get you started.

1. You may like to set your intentions for the day as you wake up or you may want to fall asleep to a peaceful, soothing message, giving thanks for the day that is ending….. burn your selected track(s) to a CD and play them on any CD player or CD alarm clock.

2. You may want to be reminded frequently of a new-to-you way of thinking or being.... or you may want to take a moment to stretch or breathe while you are working at your computer….. set up a reMinder/alarm program that plays your selected tracks at the intervals you choose….. you may even use the snooze feature if the timing isn’t just right for listening.

3. You may like to listen to music with your selected tracks mixed in to offer gentle reminders and a change of pace…... add selected tracks to your music library, create a playlist that suits your style, or play them all in shuffle mode and be open to each message.

Simply enjoy the peace and stillness of each moment as you listen to Quiettracks in these and other ways.


Should I use headphones/earbuds with Quiettracks?

The use of headphones or earbuds is entirely up to you. Some MP3 players require them of course but in all other instances, the choice is yours! The sound may be enhanced with quality headphones, and background noise may be eliminated with headphones, but please, do whatever works in the best way for you, the listener!


How do I make a suggestion for a Quiettracks message?

If you’d like to suggest a message for future Quiettracks you may do so by sending it in an e-mail to contact@voiceofstillness.com. It may be either a general suggestion for a subject or a specific text that you have written. If your suggestion is selected for production, it may take several months before it appears in the catalog. When it becomes available, you will receive that track plus your choice of five others at no cost. The submitted text will become the property of VOS Studio, Inc. and may be edited and/or modified. Recognition will be given for your suggestion if you so desire.


Why is there “extra” music after the message of some Quiettracks?

There is always a short musical “tag” following the message on Quiettracks, but in some instances, there is “extra” music that provides time to continue the quiet, the breathing, or the reflection on the words or thoughts that may be present.

For instance, in a track that focuses on gratitude, there is time to add your own thanksgivings to the ones in the Quiettrack message.

In all cases, we highly recommend taking a few deep breaths with the music at the end of the track. This is very helpful in shifting your energy!


When will more Quiettracks be available?

New Quiettracks will be available each month. This work is ongoing and evolving so come back regularly to see what’s been added.

What if there is skipping when I listen to a Quiettracks sample or track with RealPlayer on my computer?

Each track has been completely tested and is in proper playing condition. However, there may be other problematic factors such as having a program that uses a sound card open on your computer. Read more.
